Youth Athlete Development

Our Youth Athlete Development Program is designed for athletes aged between 8-18 years of age and looking to increase performance, reduce the chance of injury and enhance strength and power.

How does it work?

Athlete development programs start with our assessment to establish opportunity for improvement.   It’s important to have a full understanding of your physical capabilities before starting a training program.

You are then put into a group training setting of no more than 6 athletes of a similar level. Each group has a structure and follows developmental guidelines to increase the following:

  • Strength

  • Power

  • Agility

  • First Step Quickness

  • Mobility and Stability

  • Injury Prevention

  • Cardiovascular fitness

  • Mental Toughness

 

Current availability

Youth Development, 8-12 years old

  • Monday - 2:30-3:30pm, 7-8pm (4 slots available)

  • Tuesday - 4-5pm (4 slots available)

  • Wednesday - 3:30-4:30 (3 slots available)

  • Thursday - 4-5pm (4 slots available)

  • Friday - 3-4pm (4 slots available)

Youth Development, 12-18 Years Old

  • Monday - 6-7pm (1 slot available)

  • Wednesday 6-7pm (1 slot available)

  • Thursday 6-7pm (2 slots available)
